English Gardner says the Olympic hangover is real, can't wait to show out at first World Relays

English Gardner's life changed last summer when she won the U.S. Olympic Trials in the 100m. Now, the 24-year-old (her birthday is today!) owns an Olympic gold medal via the 4x100m and isn't intimidated by the prospect of a world championship. She talks about her debut at Mt. SAC, racing in her first World Relays, the reality of the Olympic Games hangover and her goals for the year.
