Kevin and Lincoln break down the 1954 mile race between Roger Bannister and John Landy, dubbed "The Miracle Mile," which took place in Vancouver at the Empire and Commonwealth Games.

Three months earlier, Bannister had become the first person to break four minutes in the mile, but the Aussie Landy had taken the world record from the Brit six weeks later by running 3:58. This race was to decide the greatest miler in the world.
