Days after winning the 2016 NCAA 1500m title, Clayton Murphy runs a 3:36.24, just missing out on the Olympic qualifying standard of 3:36.20. As a consolation prize, the Akron junior accepted the $1,000 cash prize for taking the win and announced that he was turning pro.
