Loop 1: 3 miles in 17:54 (5:56, 5:59, 5:59) Loop 2: 3 miles in 18:03 (6:00, 6:01, 6:02) for 35:57 at 6 miles Loop 3: 3 miles in 18:01 (6:02, 6:00, 5:59) for 53:58 at 9 miles Loop 4: 3 miles in 18:00 (6:03, 6:02, 5:55) for 1:11:58 at 12 miles Total: 12 miles in 1:11:58 (6:00 per mile) (these laps are done continuous no stopping, so it's a full 12 mile tempo run)
