UNC Graduate Assistant, Ryan Vanhoy, wants to be a coach. Just as many other young prospective coaches he is going through the system of doing grunt work, holding stop watches, and maybe even getting the coffee for the staff. Its all part of the ladder that one climbs with the hopes of one day that they will be coaching a national championship team!
