University of Queens Charlotte's Michael Crouch, who recently ran 23:28 at Louisville. 2 years ago Crouch was 3rd in the country at the NCAA XC Championships but had to sit out last year as a result of injury. In this interview Crouch discusses his injury, the changes he's made to his training and the lessons he's learned as a result.
