Katie Nelms Stanford surprise double qualifier in 100 and 100H at 2012 NCAA West Prelim

After going qualifying for NCAAs in the 100m hurdles, Nelms wasn't expecting to go in the 100 meters. She's only run the sprint event a handful of times, and this race was a .2 second improvement on her old personal best. With her main event being the 100m hurdles, hopefully this huge 100m improvement will give her confidence going into Des Moines.
