The Villanova Women on Carrying Their Success to the Track

After winning the NCAA Cross Country Championships this past fall, the Villanova women are looking to continue their success on the track. Nicole Schappert, Sheila Reid, Amanda Marino, Ali Smith, Kaitlyn Tallman, Brooke Simpson, and Bogdana Mimic discuss the indoor track season.

This past weekend gave a glimpse of how much success can carry over from the great xc season. The Nova women had almost 3 girls automatically qualify for the NCAA Championships in the 3K! In total, 5 ladies hit a qualifying mark.....Reid 9:04 (Auto, #1 ranked in NCAA), Mimic 9:07 (Auto, #3 ranked), Schappert 9:14 (#6 ranked), Marino 9:27 and Tallman 9:31.
