Despite it being her first indoor race of the new year, the speedy Brit clocked the first sub-8:30 performance of 2025, running a blistering 8:28.69, the second-fastest time in British history.
Courtney-Bryant kept her composure throughout all 15 laps, sitting behind American Elise Cranny for the bulk of the latter half of the race before covering the last 200m in 31.62, the second-fastest lap of any woman throughout the race.
The 31-year-old led nine other women to a PB, including a new Irish national record for Sarah Healy, who was fourth in 8:35.19.
Courtney-Bryant also joined Laura Muir as one of the two women in Great Britain's history to ever run sub-8:30, and just the 23rd woman in world history to ever accomplish the feat.
