Xiamen Diamond League Results: Here's Who Won

If you thought the weekend in track and field was stacked before, you haven't seen anything yet as the 2025 Wanda Diamond League begins.

It's the gift that keeps on giving for the track and field world: The 2025 Wanda Diamond League opener has arrived, with the first stop being Xiamen, China.

A weekend already full of two elite track events make way for the 15th season of the Diamond League, which has seen some of the best in the world compete for the Diamond Trophy and the cash prize.

The biggest names to compete in the league since its establishment in 2010 include a magnitude of Olympic gold medalists, such as Noah Lyles, Usain Bolt, and Allyson Felix.

Shericka Jackson and Grant Holloway are also gold medalists and the two biggest names competing in the Diamond League. They hope to reach the final in Zürich, Switzerland, on Aug. 27-28 in a winner-takes-all format featuring the top teams throughout the season.

Diamond League Prize Money In 2025

The 2025 Wanda Diamond League series will distribute a record $9.24 million in total prize money, with $500,000 allocated to each of the regular season meets, including an increased payout for select Diamond+ Disciplines at each meeting.

For the season opener in Xiamen, the Diamond+ Disciplines will be 5000m Women, High Jump Women, 110m Hurdles Men, and Pole Vault Men.
