Femke Bol To Race Monaco Diamond League 400m Hurdles
Femke Bol is expected to race in Monaco in the 400m Hurdles on July 11.

Meet organizers of the 2025 Wanda Diamond League meeting in Monaco have announced that Femke Bol will race in the 400m Hurdles on July 11. A four-time Olympic medalist, Bol will be an immediate favorite to win the 400m hurdles competition.
She most recently competed in Monaco in 2020 when she ran the open 400m. She finished third with a 51.57 but has steadily become one of the best athletes in the world since then.

"I can't wait to race in Monaco, it's always an amazing meeting," said Bol in a provided statement. "I've trained well this year. Monaco is one of the meetings I haven't won yet, and I'd love to do that this year."
Femke is riding an undefeated streak in the Wanda Diamond League. Since 2021, she has 25 Diamond League Victories and four finals titles.
In 2025, she has only competed at the European Athletics Indoor Championships. There, she helped lead the Netherlands to two relays titles in the 4x400m Relay and the Mixed 4x400m Relay. In the case of the women's 4x400m, she helped the Netherlands set a new national record of 3:24.34.

Diamond League Prize Money In 2025
The 2025 Wanda Diamond League series will distribute a record $9.24 million in total prize money, with $500,000 allocated to each of the regular season meets, including an increased payout for select Diamond+ Disciplines at each meeting.
For the season opener in Xiamen, the Diamond+ Disciplines will be 5000m Women, High Jump Women, 110m Hurdles Men, and Pole Vault Men.
