Faith Kipyegon has set another world record, this time in the 1500M at the 2025 Prefontaine Classic.

Faith Kipyegon closed out the 2025 Prefontaine Classic in epic fashion running the women's 1500m in 3:48.68, setting a new world record. Just weeks ago she attempted to become the first woman to break 4:00 in the mile, falling short but setting a new world best at 4:06.42.
