Alabama Star Doris Lemngole Signs NIL Deal with On Running

Alabama track and field standout Doris Lemngole has signed an NIL deal with Swiss running brand On. A four-time national champion, five-time SEC champion, seven-time All-American, and two-time Bowerman Award finalist, Lemngole now joins On’s impressive roster of collegiate athletes.

Still only a sophomore, Lemngole is already rewriting the NCAA record books. She currently holds the NCAA record in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 8:58.15, set at the NCAA Outdoor Championships earlier this year, breaking her own mark from the NCAA East Prelims just weeks prior.  Her record-breaking performance not only cemented her as the fastest collegiate steeplechaser in history, but also placed her among the top times in the world for 2025, highlighting her potential to compete at the highest international level.

With her unmatched range and relentless drive. Lemngole’s partnership with On positions her for even greater success in the NCAA and beyond.
