Melissa Jefferson-Wooden closes out World Championships with two gold medals, completing the 100-meter and 200-meter double.

Melissa Jefferson-Wooden continues to amaze, now with a world-leading 21.68 (-0.1) to win the 200m. Completing the double, having won the 100-meter final just five days before at 10.61! A dominating win to close out a dominating weekend.
Amy Hunt of Great Britain earned silver at 22.14, and Shericka Jackson of Jamaica was third at 22.18. Jackson came in as the two-time defending champion, having won in 2022 and 2023.
