Division II cross country is set to steal the spotlight this weekend, it’s Regionals Weekend!
This is where it all comes together. Teams and individuals will battle it out for a spot at nationals, with dreams of representing their schools on the biggest stage in DII distance running. By the end of the weekend, we’ll know who’s advancing and who will contend for the national title.

• Atlantic Region Championships – Saturday at West Branch Cross Country Course, hosted by Lock Haven (PA)
• Central Region Championships – at Tom Rutledge Cross Country Course, hosted by Missouri Southern
• East Region Championships – at Hopkinton Fairgrounds, hosted by Franklin Pierce
• Midwest Region Championships – at Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course, hosted by UW–Parkside
• South Region Championships – at Holloway Park and Nature Preserve, hosted by Florida Southern
• South Central Region Championships – at Pueblo Country Club, hosted by CSU Pueblo
• West Region Championships – at Ash Creek Preserve Cross Country Course, hosted by Western Oregon
