The final day of the 2026 Penn Relays brought an instant classic to Franklin Field. 

The Villanova Wildcats picked up their 23rd Penn Relays Wheel after claiming the top spot in the 4xMile Championship of America Relay. 

In a tight race from the start, the Wildcats pieced together strong legs that were ultimately capped off by a standout anchor performance from Marco Langon.

Langon clocked a 3:55.94 to close out the victory for the Wildcats, holding on the second place finishers, Oregon, by just five hundredths of a second. 

The Wildcats will continue to take the oval at Franklin Field during the final day of action at Penn Relays. The next event scheduled for the Wildcats is the College Men's 4x800 Championship of America Relay.
