The 2026 AAU Junior Olympics are finally here, where the top youth track-and-field athletes in the U.S. will compete for the opportunities to get their careers started on a major stage.
Age divisions ranging from 8 & Under up until 17 and 18-year-old runners will compete. Thousands of youth athletes will compete in the largest youth track-and-field event in the country.

Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa will play host to 2026's competition. August 1 is the first day of track and field action, where the decathlon, pentathlon and long-awaited racewalk will take place.
