It's the fifth day of the 2026 AAU Junior Olympic Games as competition continues in Des Moines, Iowa.

Another full day of championship racing and field events is on tap, with athletes across every age division competing for national titles, personal bests, and the chance to etch their names into the record books. 

Several standout performances and AAU records have already highlighted the week, with more expected as the meet continues.
