Every Brooks XC West Region Championship Winner Ever

On Saturday, December 5, dozens of runners in pursuit of a bid to the 2026 Brooks XC Championships presented by Fleet Feet will run at the 2026 Brooks XC West Championships, looking to etch their names in history.

Twelve states are eligible for the meet, but only nine have ever won a championship. California is – as expected – the most successful, with 52 of the championships coming from the Golden State. The most dominant stretch came from California native Jordan Hasay, who won the regional every year she was eligible.

The Woodward Park Cross Country Course in Fresno, California, was the competition’s, but since 2009, Mt. SAC greens have been trampled upon as the next generation looks to claim a spot in nationals.
