Senior Isaac Oppermann from State College High School triumphed at the 2024 Mid Penn Championship in a thrilling display of speed and strategy. In a tight battle with Carter Smith of Mifflin County and Vinay Raman of Hershey, Oppermann made a decisive kick in the final stretch, finishing with an impressive time of 15:34.893, just edging out Smith, who clocked in at 15:34.948.
