After a long day of track and field there is no better way to go out then with a little excitement and the 4x400 meter relay always delivers some tastiness to set you on your way. The Jack Johnson Classic doubles up this week with picks (also Kick of the Week from this meet) with a great battle in the women's 4x4 as Big-10 foes Iowa and Minnesota both break the meet and facility record while battling to the wire....
