The West Regional at Mt SAC in Walnut, CA. The top 10 from both the boys and girls from the two seeded races qualify to the Foot Locker National Championships in San Diego, CA on December 11th. Poway, CA Senior Molly Grabill, is the defending West Regional Chamo. Billy Orman of Tuba City, who was 8th last year, is the top boys returner. The South Regional is made up of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
