Brooks PR Girls Preview: Hello, Grosse Pointe Farms

There’s something in the water in Grosse Pointe South, Michigan. In its third year, Brooks PR has managed to select four girls from this special team to travel to the Dempsey. If they all could somehow specialize in different events, then they would have a relay squad to end all relay squads.   Sometimes, things are too good to be true.   After already running 11:37.11 (#3 all-time) this indoor season, the distance medal relay squad of Haley Meier, Kelsie Schwartz, Ersula Farrow, and Hannah Meier travel to Seattle to test themselves against the best in the nation.   Hannah Meier and Farrow will compete in the 800m, Haley will try the mile (Hannah won it last year), and Schwartz will compete in the 2-mile.   But the Brooks PR Invitational isn’t all about Grosse Pointe South.
