Shoeless in KiwiLand

As Geoff and I ventured across the Tasman Sea to New Zealand (The home of Mark Nichol) we were excited to see a new country and stay with Kim Smith (Just ranked 5th in the World in the 10k by Track and Field News). Kim, Angela and her mother Jeanette have been great. Jeanette, Kim's mother, has cooked us great Kiwi dinners every night. and she got all of us to try some Hokey Pokey Ice Cream and I have been sneaking into the freezer way to much eating more then I should. I would be fat by now but Kim has motivated me to run with her so I'm staying slim. Geoff on the other hand...... I was really excited when Kim told me that it was socially acceptable to walk around her town with no shoes or socks and today's blog is all about bare feet.
