Neely Spence Gracey, now with team Hansons-Brooks, recently made her first US Senior World Championship team when she finished 5th at the U.S. Cross Country Championships in St. Louis. Spence heads to Poland with a strong U.S. women's squad where she'll be working to be one of the top Americans. Workout: 2 miles @ 11:00 - 2 min rest 6x800 @ 2:34-2:36 - 2 min rest between each 2 miles @ 11:00
