Tasty Race of the Week - Feb 8th

Brent Vaughn ran what was at the time, an unreal 13:18 for 5k back at Colorado but after there's been some hit or miss performances. This past weekend, however, Vaughn put down a stamp that said "Brent Vaughn is coming!" He won his first US title in defeating the field at the 2011 USA Cross Country Championships in San Diego after DNFing in Houston only a week or two prior.
