Rory Fraser on the 10k and british commentary

There had been a long standing battle (a fun one) with coach Joe Franklin and Rory about if Rory would ever run a 10k on the track. In the beginning Rory was against the idea but Franklin was set that Rory would eventually run one.... Check out the old video here
Also, as American we seem to enjoy the commentating of British announcers because of their delivery and knowledge of events and athletes. We get Rory's take on why British commentary is more desirable than Americans.
