In 2007 Craig Forys was one of the top recruits in the nation having run 8:44 for 2 miles and part of one of the most exciting races at the distance in history. Forys went on to Michigan where is has battled injuries which have held him back from constant improvements. Now as a sub-14 5ker and sub 8:50 steepler, Craig is healthy and feeling positive. Listen in on his reflections over his collegiate experience and how he'd like to close out his last year and half as a Wolverine.
