Check out what teammates did in Ireland to try and stop their track from being torn up. The University College Dublin's Belfield Track, the site of the World 4 x 1 Mile World Record , was announced closed by the University due to the fact that it becomes "slippery when wet"! 21 hours later diggers were tearing up the track. UCD Athletics Club made this video to help raise awareness about these shocking developments leaving the largest university campus in the country without a track in an Olympic year.
