Former University of Texas 400m-turned-800m runner Kendra Chambers has found her stride training with Rose Monday's group (featuring Laura Roesler and Dana Mecke) in Boerne, Texas. We caught up with Chambers after a challenging workout (Workout Wednesday coming soon!) before she jets off to the Brooks Mt. SAC Relays.
