Workout Wednesday: Laura Roesler 3x400m (at Sub 60!)

FloTrack took a trip down to Boerne, Texas to see what Rose Monday's training group was all about. Led by 1:59 half-miler Laura Roesler, the group completed a short (but SWEET) speed endurance workout on a hot and humid Texas afternoon.

Warmup; then 2x200 at 40-seconds, 35-seconds with jog across grass
