Hansons-Brooks workout

Sunday morning workout: 1mile, 2 mile, 3 mile, 4 mile segments run at 5:08 to 4:55 pace. with 1/2 mile to 1 mile jog recovery between each....sorry I didn't have a real video camera (low quality).
