WOW - W.W.P. North and The Rosas

Welcome to Plainsboro, New Jersey. Home of the Northern Knights. The team has had a lot of success the past few years including a Top 10 NXN finish and a National Record for the Indoor 4xMile. Big contributors to that success have been Head Coach Brian Gould and twin brothers Jim and Joe Rosa, each of which have won a national 2Mile title. Here we see Jim and the rest of the team doing some quarters on the grass. Jim does 20x400 on a 1:45 cycle, so he starts a new one every 1 minute and 45 seconds. Joe helps the workout run with the amount of different groups going at the same time and even jumps in on some filming.
