Workout Wednesday: Pat Tiernan VO2 MAX | 10x600m

A few weeks ago, FloTrack made a pit stop in Philadelphia to meet up with Villanova alum Patrick Tiernan, who has had a phenomenal year since winning the NCAA cross country title last fall. In 2017, Tiernan won the Payton Jordan 10K in 27:29, ran a 5K personal best at the Prefontaine Classic in 13:13, and recently ran a new 3K PB in 7:39 at the Paris Diamond League.
