Cedar Park Workout - Season 4, Episode #9

Cedar Park incorporates a little fun as they enter the Championship Stage of the season and one of the first "speed" workouts this fall. Just a few weeks back the guys finished 3rd at the Texas 5A State Championships being led by Parker Stinson (2nd, 15:11). The guys also placed 3rd (5 points out of second) at the NXN Regional. This weekend they'll head up to Portland to see if they can show people why they were ranked so high early on this season!
Good luck to everyone competing over the next two weekends at NXN and Footlocker....there are new champions to be crowned!!
(Sorry for the delay in getting the workout up. Just got back to Austin last night and heading to Nashville in the morning so its been a hectic day!)
