Noah Lyles Added To Monaco Diamond League Entries 2025

Noah Lyles will race in Monaco. This morning - Noah Lyles shared on his Instagram page that he will be racing the 200m at the Wanda Diamond League Meeting in Monaco on Friday, July 11.

Monaco will mark Lyles' first race since April 19 - when he ran 45.87 over 400m at the Tom Jones Memorial meet. Lyles then dealt with an ankle injury of some sort and pulled out of the adidas Atlanta City Games due to a "tight ankle".

The 200m in Monaco will be Lyles' first 200m race of the 2025 campaign. He has not lost a 200m race at a Diamond League event since 2019 - but he could have his hands full with 2024 Paris Olympic Champion Letsile Tebogo.

Tebogo is coming off of a dominant win at the 2025 Prefontaine Classic. At Pre, Tebogo unleashed a 19.76 (+0.7) to gap the field late.

Monaco will be a good test for Lyles as he begins to navigate the rest of his 2025 season. He is then expected to race the 100m at the London Diamond League Meeting on July 19. The USATF Championships will then start on July 31 and continue until August 3.
