The Marathon Project 2025 is back for the first time since 2020 and the $40,000 purse is ready for the taking by the top long distance runners in the world.

The pros hit the course early on Sunday morning, December 21, including Olympic Medalist Paul Chelimo and 2023 Canadian national champion Thomas Broatch.

The top five finishers for both the men and women will earn up to a $10,000 reward, with $40,000 total being given out.
