FloEuro Adventures: A Reflection
Back in high school, the first writing assignment of the year would usually consist of a five paragraph summary of what you did over summer vacation. It is impossible to put a summer that changed your life into five paragraphs.

The Spam Folder: Webb, Farah, and Geb - What Defines a Legacy
In this week's installment of The Spam Folder, Mitch and Sterner rant about legacies, become everything they hate and talk about Tim Tebow and Kim Kardashian, and ask what's left for some of the greatest athletes of all-time (and those who are making their case to be mentioned in that conversation).
Makhloufi Out for Moscow with Viral Infection
The list of athletes not competing at the 2013 IAAF World Championships continues to grow. Although Rudisha has an automatic bid to Moscow because he is the defending 800m World champ David Monti of Race Results Weekly has confirmed via twitter that Rudisha will not compete.
Lookout For Lawi: Q&A with Lawi Lalang
Recently I was able to catch up with Arizona Wildcat and NCAA Champion Lawi Lalang. Lawi is coming off of one of his best years ever. During the fall last year Lawi got third place at the NCAA Cross Country Championships. It wasn't exactly what he wanted but it looks as if that fueled him through the winter and on throughout spring because the indoor and outdoor track seasons were very good to Mr. Lalang.
