The biggest name competing is Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, the undisputed GOAT of the women's 100m dash. Frasier-Price is in her last season of professional competition before retirement, and Doha is her first meet of the 2025 Diamond League Season.

Not only is Fraser-Pryce competing in the women's 100m, but fellow countrywomen and twins, Tia and Tina Clayton will look to claim the title. Several Olympic champions are also in the field, including Qatari national Mutaz Essa Barshim, who has claimed several high jumped titles.

Letsile Tebogo is set to headline the field for the men’s 200m, for his first competition of the year. American Kyree King and Canadian Aaron Brown are also headlining the field, looking to claim the title for themselves.

How To Watch The Diamond League Doha 2025

The Doha Diamond league will be exclusively streamed in the United States on FloTrack. The meet begins at 10:45 a.m. ET on Friday, May 16.

Who’s Competing At Diamond League Doha?

Some of the biggest track stars in the United States and world will be competing in Doha, including US stars Bryce Hoppel (800m), CJ Allen (400m hurdles), Cooper Teare (5000m) and Katie Moon (Pole Vault).

Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce headlines the women’s side, running the 100m. At 38 years old, she’s undisputed as the GOAT of her event, but is in the last season of her career and will have several challengers eager to dethrone her, including fellow Jamaicans Natasha Morrison and Tia and Tina Clayton.

In the women’s jumps, Thea LaFond of Dominica headlines the stars and is the reigning Olympic champion, but will face the three other people who have beaten her in competition, Neja Filipic of Slovenia, Shanieka Riketts of Jamaica and Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk are looking to take down LaFond.

Olympic bronze medalist Alysha Newman is ready to take down Katie Moon, a previous Olympic champion, but for most pole vaulters, this will be their first time vaulting outdoors this season.

In men’s high jump, Mutaz Essa Barshim looks to continue his dominance of the sport on his home turf. The Qatari has won Olympic medals since 2012 and set a 2.43 meter personal best in 2014 that hasn’t been touched. But, he withdrew from a competition last Friday, putting a question mark next to his health.

Letsile Tebogo is set to headline the field for the men’s 200m, he’s competing in his first 200m of the year. The Olympic champion will be challenged by top American competitor Courtney Lindsay, who took down Tebogo once last season. American Kyree King and Canadian Aaron Brown are also in the field, adding to the starpower and could all make a run for first place in Doha.
