The 2025 AAU Junior Olympics are here and the track and field action is starting on July 26. Here's the full schedule of events for opening day.

The 2025 AAU Junior Olympics have arrived, and the top youth athletes will travel to Houston, Texas to compete to be the best in the nation. Competitions will begin on July 26 and conclude on August 2, and each day is full of action. 

Track and field competitions will take place at Humble High School just outside of Houston as athletes hope to break standing records and set their own. 

Athletes of all ages, some as young as six years old will head to Houston to compete, as the age classifications span from 8 and Under to 17-18.
