The AAU Junior Olympics continue this weekend as the next generation of track and field stars compete in Houston, Texas.

The nation's best young track and field athletes will continue to show off their talents at the 2025 AAU Junior Olympics in Houston, Texas this week as Day 1 is already in the books.

Competitors range from the ages of 8 to 18 and participate in a wide variety of events such as decathlons, racewalks, hurdles, and more. Day 2 will feature more heat races and begin the 3000M racewalk. 

Parents and spectators can watch from home with a FloTrack subscription with all access to live streams, highlights, breaking news, and results.
