2025 AAU Junior Olympics Schedule On Wednesday, July 30 | Day 5
The AAU Junior Olympics continue on with more action on Wednesday, July 30. Here's the full schedule of events and slate for the fourth day of action.
Day 5 of track and field events at the 2025 AAU Junior Olympics is here, and brings even more action to Humble High School in Houston, Texas. Events will conclude on Aug. 2, but until then, it's nonstop action in the track and field events.

Wednesday will feature timed final action in the 2000M Steeplechase and 800M run for boys and girls. It will also feature semifinals for the 200M dash, 80M hurdles, 100M hurdles and 110M hurdles. Relay action is also getting started with the semifinals of the 4X400M for the 9-12 year olds.
