Texas A&M's Dixon Runs 1:45.27, Fastest Ever By U.S. Collegiate

Perhaps the most stunning run on a hectic Saturday of track and field was Texas A&M junior Devin Dixon’s 1:45.27 800m run at the Texas Tech Classic, the #3 indoor performance in American and NCAA history. With just Kenyans Paul Ereng (1:44.84) and Michael Saruni (1:45.15) ahead of Dixon on the NCAA all-time list, he is the fastest U.S. collegiate ever.
