This morning at the 2026 VA Showcase, the Bullis School (Md.) lowered its own Mixed 4x400m national record, running 3:20.95, leading four teams sub-3:40.

Bullis School Breaks Own Mixed 4x400m National Record At 2026 VA Showcase

Less than 24 hours after asserting their dominance on Day 1 of the 2026 VA Showcase, Bullis School (Md.) opened Saturday’s session in emphatic fashion, breaking their own national record in the Mixed 4x400.

One year ago, the quartet of Quincy Wilson, Chrishelle Campbell, Cameron Homer, and Morgan Rothwell dismantled the Mixed 4x400 Invitational field, clocking a 3:22.94 and finishing seven seconds clear of the competition to set a national record.

Saturday’s performance followed a familiar script. This time, Cameron Homer, Mya Arrendell, Quincy Wilson, and Kennedy Brown combined for a blistering 3:20.95, slicing two seconds off their own record.

The result was not only faster than last year’s historic run, but it came against a deeper field. Both Hydel (Jamaica) and Nansemond River (Va.) dipped under 3:30, while two more broke 3:37.

Homer set the tone with a 46.98 lead-off split, handing off to freshman standout Arrendell, who covered her leg in 53.21. Wilson, widely regarded as one of the greatest high school athletes in the sport’s history, followed with a scorching 45.79 split before Brown sealed the national record with a 54.99 anchor.
