We caught up with the University of Alabama distance squad for an early-season base-building workout. Brenda Tuwei and Caren Kiplagat have both qualified for the NCAA DI Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon, this weekend. The pair are already multiple-time All-Americans and will be searching for wins this weekend.
